To receive conference rates for the hotel, reservations must be made by Wednesday, February 4, 2015.
~ Full reimbursement: double occupancy (applies to conference participants only.)
~ 50% reimbursement for single occupancy (conference participant only)
If the room reservation deadline of February 4th is missed, we cannot guarantee room reimbursements.
Note: Reimbursements for double occupancy rooms are for CBLO staff and volunteers only. Public providers may ask for the conference rate, but will not be reimbursed by the VLF.
