The VLF’s office sits in the heart of Richmond’s fan area, at the intersection of Monument Avenue and West Franklin and North Lombardy Streets, near Virginia Commonwealth University. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Main Entrance (Upper image on left):
Located at 413 Stuart Circle. Go up the steps and ring the bell to the right of the door. The doorman will let you in. The hallway leading to the elevators is to your left. Go through the double doors. The elevators are to your left. Go to the 3rd floor. Make a left at the elevator and go past a small sitting area. Suite 303 is the second door in the hallway to your right.
Handicap Entrance (Lower image):
The handicap entrance sits east of the main entrance on the Franklin Street side of the building. The ramp begins at the first door (at right, which is closed to the public) and goes up to the second door. Go to the end of the vestibule through the door to reach the elevator. The VLF office is on the 3rd. floor, suite 303.
Parking:
Free one hour on-street parking for non-residents. The red brick parking garage sits across the street from 413 Stuart Circle. Going east on Monument Ave, make a right on Lombardy St, and a quick right in the alley (Lombardy Place) behind the Lutheran Church. The entrance to the parking garage is at the left. Free parking for visitors is on the topmost deck.
